The Cuppone Paolo oven can be placed under existing extraction in any kitchen, but if your plan is to duct the fumes straight outside, the hood can help with this too! The hood features a motorised aspirator which will capture any residual smoke and smells from a bit a burnt cheese and take it away. The hoods run on a 13 amp plug and require ducting into a canopy or out of an external wall.
