The Cuppone Tiziano hood is a non-mechanical smoke collecting aid, it does not contain an aspirator. The hood hangs over the front of the oven 'collecting' any smoke that may be dispersed out of the door when it is opened. This hood requires connecting to an existing extraction or venting out of an external wall.
