Recommendation: We always recommend cooking directly on the base to get the best possible results

To keep your bricks in the best condition follow this procedure at the end of each day:

‍1. Turn your lights off

2. Turn the oven to 400 degrees

3. Once the temperature is reached turn the oven off

4. The following day brush out or hoover any debris remaining on the bricks
