The Collection Hood sits above the Tiziano oven, capturing smoke from the front and inside the cooking chamber. Extracted air can then be connected to an existing canopy system or vented externally, depending on your kitchen setup.
The Self-Venting Hood
Designed specifically for the Tiziano, the Self-Venting Hood provides an alternative solution where conventional extraction can be difficult. It uses a four-stage filtration system, incorporating two grease filters, carbon and HEPA filtration, to help filter smoke and cooking odours.
