Material: Entirely made of aluminium alloy and treated with thick anodising, it offers superior quality and performance compared to the other peels for putting pizza into the oven

Design:

  • Patented ergonomic shape to make loading and launching a breeze
  • Perforated blade plate allows the weight of the peel to be reduced and to discharge excess flour, which would otherwise be burnt during cooking
  • Unique three-dimensional design, with elevations on the peel plate, which reduce friction and increase the sliding of the pizza on the plate
  • Pressed rivets join the parts together in a solid, strong and durable manner
