Lilly Codroipo's professional pan knife is an excellent tool for cutting pizza in baking pans.

Material: Stainless steel blade

Size: 12cm blade, 20cm length

Design:

  • The sharpened stainless steel blade makes it possible to cut the pizza in a pan by easily reaching the edges
  • The ergonomic grip allows a firm and secure hold of the tool thanks to the enlarged base that blocks the hand from sliding towards the blade
  • Its dimensions are calibrated for the classic slice in the 60×40 baking tin
