Important information:

Lower pad filter should be replaced every 2 months or 500 hours of use
Upper pad filter should be replaced every 6 months or 1500 hours of use
Hepa filter should be inspected every 2 months or 500 hours of use, replaced every 6 months or 1500 hours of use
Bonded carbon filter should be replaced every 6 months or 1500 hours of use

Please follow the guidance on inspecting and replacing filters
Ensuring filters are maintained as required allows the hood to always work at full capacity
Failure to follow maintenance procedures will result in smoke being unable to be filtered sufficiently
You must follow the user manual carefully and ensure all staff are aware and trained in procedures

All spare parts are sent on a tracked delivery, on a next day service where possible
Next day service is not available at weekends
Mainland UK delivery is £15.00 + vat
