Important information:

  • Lower pad filter should be replaced every 2 months or 500 hours of use
  • Upper pad filter should be replaced every 6 months or 1500 hours of use
  • Hepa filter should be inspected every 2 months or 500 hours of use, replaced every 6 months or 1500 hours of use
  • Bonded carbon filter should be replaced every 6 months or 1500 hours of use

Important Notes

  • Please follow the guidance on inspecting and replacing filters
  • Ensuring filters are maintained as required allows the hood to always work at full capacity
  • Failure to follow maintenance procedures will result in smoke being unable to be filtered sufficiently
  • You must follow the user manual carefully and ensure all staff are aware and trained in procedures

  • All spare parts are sent on a tracked delivery, on a next day service where possible
  • Next day service is not available at weekends
  • Mainland UK delivery is £15.00 + vat
  • Northern Ireland, ROI and anywhere outside of mainland UK delivery is £40.00
